Born in Tübingen, Germany, Justin Lowack is a professional circus artist, dancer, and acrobat specializing in tight wire and aerial rope. His passion for the stage began at age five after visiting a traditional circus in his hometown. Captivated by the artistry and atmosphere, he started circus training at six and later joined an intensive circus program before moving to Canada at fourteen to pursue his professional circus studies.

Alongside circus arts, Justin trained extensively in contemporary dance, modern dance, and ballet from an early age. Between 2012 and 2014, he performed in Stage Entertainment’s production of Disney’s Musical Tarzan in Stuttgart, an experience that inspired him to enroll in an intensive musical theatre program from 2015 to 2018, taking lessons in dance, singing, and acting while continuing his circus training.

During a family sabbatical in Montreal in 2018, Justin attended the German International School Alexander von Humboldt and joined the preparatory program at the National Circus School (École Nationale de Cirque). He was subsequently accepted into the school’s high school program and graduated in 2021, receiving the Governor General’s Academic Medal. He continued into the college program, graduating in 2025 and earning the same distinction for a second time for his academic achievements.

Since graduating, Justin has performed internationally in Canada, the Netherlands, France, and the United States. His recent collaborations include a creative residency with Moth Live Entertainment, performances with the Ashton Brothers Christmas Circus, and participation in the 45th edition of the International Circus Festival of Cirque de Demain in January 2026. There, he presented his award-winning tight wire solo Énouement, originally created as his graduation piece at the National Circus School. The work was recognized for its distinctive fusion of innovative circus technique and dance-driven artistry.
